HKOverseas operates as a Merchant Exporter and Trading House based in India. We supply goods including Handicrafts, Textiles, Agro Products, Chemicals, and Machinery to international markets.
All orders are subject to acceptance by HKOverseas. A binding contract is formed only when we issue a Proforma Invoice and receive the agreed advance payment or Letter of Credit (LC).
We strive to meet all delivery timelines. However, HKOverseas is not liable for delays caused by Force Majeure events, customs hold-ups, or shipping line delays beyond our control.
We ensure all products meet agreed specifications. Any claims regarding quality must be raised as soon as possible after receiving the goods, accompanied by a valid inspection report.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Gujarat, India.
